"The best hotel I've seen in Pakistan so far: design with attention to detail (rightly called itself a 'boutique' venue), Great food, quiet location without noise, proper bathroom!"

"The rooms are the cleanest I have seen so far in Pakistan. The staff are very keen to serve you and for some this might be too much but it shows how important guests are to everyone. I had an issue with noise from the street and was given another room at the back straight away. What also was valuable was a free extension to check out. Breakfast is complimentary but NOT continental- it’s traditional Pakistani breakfast and was delicious and hot - I cannot drink Nescafé so I brought my own coffee bags but tea and ‘tang’ was available. "A Celebration of Hospitality, Excellence, and Diversity in Karachi
I recently spent four nights at a hotel in Karachi with my family, and it was worth every cent. As a Karachi native, I usually stay with relatives, but this time I chose a hotel to give my children a more engaging experience—and it was the best decision. They had a completely different, enjoyable stay full of comfort and entertainment.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel management and staff delivered exceptional service. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were evident throughout. The facilities were excellent, and the five-star breakfast and dinner services were truly impressive—elegant, delicious, and well-curated.
The stress-free airport transfers added to the comfort, making our arrival and departure seamless. What truly stood out was the hotel’s diverse workforce, reflecting the rich cultural tapestry of Pakistan. It was inspiring to see people from different backgrounds working together with such harmony and dedication.
The hard work of the entire team was clearly visible, and I feel proud that my hometown Karachi hosts a hotel that not only matches international five-star standards but goes beyond them. A heartfelt well done to the entire team—you’ve made Karachi shine."
"At the time of check in the staff expected us to sleep three people on one bed. Though i mentioned the age of child was 15. This is not acceptable, but the night shift staff understood the situation and provided us extra bed. "
"The staff is pleasant and they are trying really hard, in my opinion. However, simple things are lacking. For breakfast, it would be nice to have cold water without asking, cold juice and drip coffee instead of instant. In the bathroom there is no place to place personal items. The windows are filthy. The bed, table and couch is nice, as is a large mirror and spacious closet. Some things are good, some not very good at all."
