The hotel's central location was a highlight, and the staff were friendly. However, the buffet breakfast was disappointing – very basic with limited options. The room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was problematic: no hot water despite multiple requests, and the basin was quite wobbly.

The staff was amazing! The breakfast was so delicious. They welcomed me with some coffee, brought my luggage to the room. They were very helpful. It's a nice hotel! I recommend staying here! P.S. there's a restaurant around the corner from the hotel that is very delicious!

Best Family & Business hotel in Karachi.

It was excellent. Central location of Karachi. All services were available in-house such as laundry, rent a car and room service restaurant. Their Mutton Karahi and Chinese chowmein was best from their food.

I stayed for 14 days. It’s my worst experience. In this hot country their air conditioning is not working properly. Upon complaining they will just ignore you. The rooms are dirty with so many small cockroaches all over. They will never wash bedsheets. Will use the same one again and again. Breakfast will be the same everyday. Think twice before coming to this hotel.
