"10/10 definitely recommend! I was looking for something clean and simple just for one night and was so pleasantly surprised with the lush environment! The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the courtyard is absolutely gorgeous! I was excited to be able to use their beautiful pool and relax in such a beautiful environment. The room was very clean, the shower, elegant, and looked new and had perfect decor,for any Francophile. The hotel is located just a few blocks from Bourbon Street and I will definitely be back to stay explore the French Quarter a little more! If I had any criticism, it would be that the sheets are a little rough for sensitive skin, but it’s the most minor of criticisms. "

"We love the location. It is convenient to walk anywhere in the French Quarter or Warehouse District. This is always our place to stay in NOLA. We feel safe and its quiet. Mr. Eddie is amazing!"

"They nickel and dime you for everything! The food was cold at breakfast and not that great. All of the employees were great except one!! I had to call corporate on him. The place needs a lot of maintenance and it has a smell. There are better properties!! For the price you can do better! "

"Me and my party had booked a window room. Upon arrival we noticed the window doesn't open, providing the room with no ventilation, and having the room feel damp and have an odor. The next morning we found a roach crawling into one of the beds, a pair of dirty socks under the bed, and that the TV did not work. We got a new room upon request, not offered. A worker was sent to help us with the roach, but instead inspected the bed and left, not providing any help. Most of the staff were nice, with the exception of one front desk worker who was particularly rude to visitors. The key cards also often did not work to open the door, which had us often going to the front desk for a new one. They have a large container of drinking water that my party often used, until discovering one day that it contained soap, causing our drinks to be bubbly and taste like lemon. Overall, I would not stay here again. It did not feel clean, and after witnessing the roach crawl into the bed I was mortified. "

"We were told it was free parking, but they could not accommodate our Chevy van. The manager said that they would offset a portion of our bill for the $200 we had to pay for parking when we check out. When we checked out , they refused to give us any offset."

"Lovely boutique style hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. We were sorry that the pool & patio area was closed."
