Villa Saint Aygulf - Avec piscine, proche plage

Cocoonr offers this superb air-conditioned villa for rent in Fréjus, less than 500 m from the beach. Spacious (276 m²), elegant and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features a large 50 m² living room, a modern kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a magnificent 1,300 m² private garden with swimming pool. Wifi, bed linen and towels are included: all that's missing is you!

The accommodation comprises

Garden level:
- Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3: queen-size bed (160x200), dressing room and private shower room
- Two separate WCs
- A utility room
- A study

First floor:
- A large 50 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 4: master suite with king-size bed (180x200), dressing room, en suite bathroom (shower + bath)
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (8 m x 5 m), open from 30 April to 31 October; sun loungers available.
- A lovely 1,300 m² private enclosed garden
- Petanque court
- A north-east-facing terrace overlooking the pool, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The villa is ideally located in a pleasant area of Fréjus, within easy reach of shops, restaurants, bars and markets.

Villa parfaite pour couples multiples. Très spacieuse, moderne. Propre et neuve. Belle vue sur la baie de St. Raphaël. Nous étions là en décembre donc nous n'avons pu profiter de la piscine mais elle est très belle aussi. Nous avions un petit d'un an et avons demandé d'activer l'alarme piscine (elle n'est pas couverte). Il y a une chambre (avec salle de bains) à l'étage principal si quelqu'un ne peut pas descendre à l'étage inférieur où sont les 3 autres chambres. Machine à laver et sèche-linge qui nous ont servi plus que je ne pensais.Bref, un séjour très agréable
