This Chic Comfort Zone apartment is the entire top and middle floor of my house. It is a large (6,550ft2) self-contained apartment with a private entrance. It has lots of natural light and views that go on forever.
No expense was spared in making this a beautiful home from home! All the amenities you could want and sprinkle of a lot more. Want more? 24 hour security, a backup solar power.
It’s perfect for holidays or extended work stays. Daily cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge of $10 per day, if required just let me know. You simply cannot get better than this.
The top floor consists of a comfy king-sized master bedroom, half bath, a TV lounge, spacious kitchen, storage and a lovely dining area with veranda.
The middle floor consists of 2 Master bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms with a separate bath, a family lounge and a box room.
