Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Kulhaus. The home is lovely, comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen. The location is wonderful - very peaceful. The home has very private, lovely outdoor space but chilly weather kept us from utilizing it. To note, the bedroom is a little small for storing two suitcases but still comfortable. A really great place."

"The property was very clean, comfortable, well-stocked and in a great location! So relaxing! It was perfect for our family of five and two dogs! The kitchen has all the things you need to cook. The host has thought of everything you could possibly need throughout the home. Communication was easy and prompt and the host is so nice. We really liked having trails just down the cul-de-sac to walk the dogs and run. We appreciated being close to town, but not right in the middle of it. We highly recommend Melinda's place and would love to return!"

"My family enjoyed all the amenities and had a great time, celebrating my 70th birthday. We just expected for the price (almost 6k for 3 nights) everything would be pristine. The kitchen was a hodgepodge of coffee cups, and cookware. No ice maker in the freezer. The hot tub cover was broken which made it difficult to take off and put back on. The beds were either way to hard or way to soft. (They had a mattress topper in the closet that we added to the primary room bed, which helped a lot.) The house was clean except for the windows. There were a couple holes in the wall behind the big table that were not fixed. Overall, we enjoyed our trip. We used the pool, hot tub and theater quite a bit. "

"Outstanding management company. Very quick response time. The house was very spacious. Pool was warm. BBQ grill worked perfectly. A few things needs updating but overall great place to stay. Neighborhood is peaceful and quite. Definitely will stay there in the future."

"Great stay— beautifully located near everything! Originally we came up for snowboard which turned into a fishing trip due to the early warm weather this year. Perfect for a group of friends who just like hanging in the woods!Only feedback is a that couple of the sliding doors that lead to the patio are off the track and extremely hard to open. Other than that, just don’t get startled by the bear deterring siren like me!"
