"This place was an absolute bargain for the quality of the room and the proximity to lovely café downstairs with amazing breakfast. The room was spacious had a clean and modern bathroom, blackout blinds and a good size balcony. It was a short taxi driver away from the town centre but with cafés restaurants and shops close by no staff reception as such for the café downstairs acted as staff for the property upstairs and dealt with the check-in et cetera."

"L'hôtel a organisé une soirée très bruyante dans la salle de petit déjeuner avec chants et orchestre jusqu'à plus de 1h du matin... Impossible de fermer les yeux pour les chambres (dont la mienne) juste au dessus... Jamais vu ça dans un... 5 étoiles (??) Certains serveurs semblent être perdus lors du service du petit déjeuner. Sinon chambres spacieuses et bien équipées, propres. La salle de gym et le spa ne sont pas dans l'hôtel mais dans la rue (salle de sport)... Pas pratique quand il pleut."

"Excellent check in as reception are lovely and helpful. The smoking area is not good and seeps into the breakfast area. The blanket smelled of smoke but was able to change. Great location next to restaurants and shops. Dated room but very clean. "

"Parking is an issue, I only found out that they have limited parking spaces, like only 6 or 8 once I arrived. I was advised that i needed to pre-book the parking.. also it is very difficult to stop outside this hotel as its on a busy corner. They directed me to a public car park across the road."

"The best staff. Lazar, one of the waiters in the hotel restaurant was unbelievably great. Everyone was wonderful, but his customer service skills were outstanding. This is a great hotel. Can't wait to go back the next time I visit Novi Sad. Just a heads up that there is a bit of a walk to the city center. It is a beautiful walk, and there are cafes along the way that you could stop by for a coffee. There are plenty of taxis too. 20 to 25 minute walk, 5 minute taxi ride. The hotel is well worth...

"Staff was great. Room was very spacious. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was very good, easily the largest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.No smoking in the rooms, but the smell of cigarette smoke and waspervasive everywhere else (it was disclosed that smoking was allowed and designated areas). Carpets in the hall and the stairs were noticeably worn. Hot water in the shower took a long time to get warm and would often turn back to cold with no warning. Never could figure out how to get hot water in...
