"This is a new hotel and is very nicely designed. The staff was great! The room was wonderful, except for the blinking light in the heat/AC (which negated the GREAT blackout blind on the window). The shower had low pressure and very little warmth - but wasn't freezing cold. We plan to stay here many times in the future."

"I had to leave a day early because someone on the 3rd floor (the floor I was staying on) was smoking in their room and the front desk staff did nothing about it. I had to check out early due to a breathing condition and I needed to go home so I could have my breathing machine. I was not offered a new room until I packed all my things and went to the front desk to check out. The offer was not made when I originally made the complaint. The fact that anyone had to deal with that and not be offered a new room immediately, just shows that this property and their management do not care about the people that chose to book at their hotel. Shameful. I lost over $150 on this because I had to leave early due to someone smoking in their room, but the hotel will make money because they charge a cleaning fee. "

"We loved our stay! I was skeptical because of some bad reviews I seen but I’m glad I chose to come anyway. The hotel smelled amazing, it was quiet, was very clean, very nice, & we loved the breakfast. Would 100% recommend & will be staying again! "

"When we showed up the house had not been cleaned from the previous renters. While the owner showed up and tried to do a few things he did not wipe down any bathrooms and shoved about 3 loads of laundry in the washer/dryer combo at once. We had to make beds and basically clean the house ourselves. When I asked to be reimbursed for the cleaning fee he blew me off. Also, the water filter was full of brown mud and no salt in the water softener so the water smelled awful. Those are a few things among many others."
