"Horrible experience I flew to Columbus for a funeral with a room booked at the Sonesta Simply Suite. Upon my evening arrival, the parking lot was pitch black at 9pm with no lights to be found. After finally arriving in the lobby, I was met by an employee who immediately stated they were overbooked. Her focus was merely to make sure I knew they had no room for me. After going back and forth with her, asking why there was no prior notification, she said that happens all the time with their system. Almost 400 miles from home with no room, i was very upset. I will never reserve another room here again. "

"Breakfast was nice, good options for making fresh waffles, hot eggs, protein and cereal options. Coffee pretty good too. Pool open 7am to 10pm. Great for families. Clean room , friendly staff. About 25 minutes from downtown. I would stay again. "

The home was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable long-term stay. One of the highlights for us was the backyard—it was perfect for our dogs and felt very safe and secure, which gave us real peace of mind.Ted was an excellent host. He was responsive, followed up when questions came up, and was always accommodating and easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others."
