Very bright and cheery entrance, friendly staff, great hotel layout, clean and comfy room, nice selection of for purchase, or complimentary snacks/meals and big comfy lobby area to relax or work. Outside landscaping was very nice and always staff hard at work maintaining the property and cleaning the lobby, kitchen area etc. This is my 3rd time at this property and it's really terrific. Will be back!

Everything was great 10/10 No issues with checking in, the staff were very helpful and friendly, I wished I could stay more nights! Breakfast was wonderful, good variety and selection. Didn’t get to partake the pool or gym but from what I could see everything looked well maintained Close to highways The only thing that was wonky was how to get to the entrance, there is some road construction and closed roads so it can be a little tricky but we made it!

The staff was so thoughtful and kind. I had called earlier because I knew we were going to be a late check in because of the concert we were attending. Traffic after the concert was so bad we were stuck in a parking lot for hours. It called again and the counter person on duty said our key was ready and waiting and not to stress. When we got there we walked right in. They gave us a key and asked if we needed any water or anything else after our stressful traffic experience. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We did not take advantage of breakfast but other guests told us how great it was. Front desk staff was once again very kind and helpful at check out. I would 100% stay here again. This will be the place my family stays when we visit Columbus.
