"Horrible experience I flew to Columbus for a funeral with a room booked at the Sonesta Simply Suite. Upon my evening arrival, the parking lot was pitch black at 9pm with no lights to be found. After finally arriving in the lobby, I was met by an employee who immediately stated they were overbooked. Her focus was merely to make sure I knew they had no room for me. After going back and forth with her, asking why there was no prior notification, she said that happens all the time with their system. Almost 400 miles from home with no room, i was very upset. I will never reserve another room here again. "

"My wife and I were very UPSET with our reservation being canceled when we arrived at the hotel after driving for 3 hours to attend to some business while on Columbus Our reservation was confirmed and the canceled due to a concert at Ohio State. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL"

From the check in process, to supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms, to garage door openers, and much more, the preparation was thorough, well thought out, and very easy. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would love to stay here again when I come back."
