"The property was beautifully situated and well appointed. Our only concern was the lack of any hot water in our room. Despite bringing this to the attention of hotel staff twice on Tuesday Sep 26, nothing was done about it. At check out, I again raised my concern. I was told that no other guest had been concerned about lack of hot water. They thus implied that we just didn't know how to turn the hot water on and were essentially "dismissed".
