"The property is excellent, we really liked the balconies on two levels. The location is nice, not too far from the beach and not too far from the town center and then to the main strip.Everything was clean and well maintained.Ashley was very responsive and accommodated our request for a slightly earlier check-in. Too bad she couldn't do anything about the Hampton Bay tunnel being closed :)."

The room was clean, the beds were soft, and they have great hot water! The town itself is very small and quiet. "Unfortunately our visit was dealt a blow from Mother Nature. However, we did not let that ruin our time. A few road trips, dining out and in town shopping made up for no beach time. The Crows Nest has a fabulous view of the marina and we did get one glimpse of the sun as it set. Normal weather conditions, I'm sure it is fabulous. The Coast Guard has a few boats there and it is fascinating to hear their morning check. Saw the Pilot boat go out several times and a few fishing boats come in. Seagulls, pelicans and other birds in abundance. When booking the Crows Nest, keep in mind it is above a restaurant so there is some residual noise. Nothing unbearable unless you are a light sleeper. No TV in the living area which we thoroughly enjoyed as we chatted and laughed the nights away. There is one in the main floor bedroom, should you need. Definitely fit the bill for a much needed recharge, for besties that live 1300mi apart."

"My wife and I stayed here for one night. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. I owner was quick with a response with a question I had. It was in the perfect location. Downtown Cape Charles is within walking distance and everything else is pretty close by. There is a restaurant right nextdoor and plenty of other dining options on main street. Next time we do a weekend getaway to Cape Charles, I would stay here again."
