Welcome to Deja Blu I, your sunny slice of paradise in the heart of historic Cape Charles! Whether you're here for a family beach vacation or a relaxing girls' getaway, our recently fully renovated duplex offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and coastal comfort.
Located just steps from the vibrant Central Park and a short, breezy stroll to the beach, shops, and restaurants, you’ll find everything you need to experience the "lazy town shore vibes" of the Eastern Shore.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed with plush linens.
Bedroom 2: Perfect for kids/groups with twin bunk beds, a trundle, and an additional twin bed (4 beds total!).
Outdoor Living: Relax on the inviting front porch, enjoy the spacious backyard with a gas grill and fire pit, or rinse off the day in the convenient outdoor shower.
Family Friendly: Right across from the park's playground, tennis courts, and splash pad. We provide a pack ‘n play, games, and children's books to make your stay easy.

If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival we will do our best to get you in early.
Late check-outs past 11am must be confirmed with owners prior to the date of departure.

We have stocked the home with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. We appreciate that our guests take good care of the home we have set up, and ask that you use only what you need during your stay.

Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Noncompliance could result in sizable fines or loss of reservation.
- Reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to your owners and hosts.
- Damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the owners immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Smoking is NOT allowed, and Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted. If we find that you did smoke in the house there is a $500 fine plus additional cleaning fees and bill for resulting damage in the home.
