"We had to wait over one our to check-in. The room was okay, but the shower did‘t work as it should. You couldn't even adjust the shower rod. It always fell down, so one was forced to keep the shower head in hand. Absolutely terrible!"

"Check-in war der blanke Horror! Zuerst wollte man uns nicht einchecken (wir waren mittags dort, Check-in war aber erst um 15 Uhr - wussten wir, akzeptierten wir). Nach 15 Uhr aber standen wir dann eine Stunde und 15 Minuten (!) in der Schlange. Die Leute standen bis auf die Strasse an. Ein Mann war ..."
