8.2/10 Very good! (1,000 reviews)
"We get into the first room and find dead and live bedbugs. Told the staff and were moved to another room. Just felt that for a hotels.com property listed needs to be addressed to fully clean your rooms, make them smell nice and clean when you go into. This hotel is off my list to stay at again"
