Room was excellent with exception of wobbly toilet seat which I reported. Food and presentation of food was excellent. I was disappointed to witness a possible manager berate a front desk employee while I was returning a luggage cart. She continued to do this even while I exited the hotel. Totally unprofessional and the only reason I did not give 5 stars.
