"The staff was not friendly or helpful. When I checked in they didn't great me and were very methodical. Same in the morning when I asked for late checkout. They just said no. I get it, you can't always accommodate, but just a friendly "I'm sorry" would have been nice. Someone erroneously charged my room and they just gave me a phone number and told me to call tomorrow with no explanation of what the charges represented. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times but will choose somewhere else next time."

"It is a nice hotel, clean and friendly staff, only complaint is only one door (the front door) was shoveled out, so had to drag bags through feet of snow piles after being told to park out back. "

"Room was clean, but the hotel is spread around the area in different buildings. So you need to request amenities like extra tp, toothbrushes, getting your room cleaned during the stay, etc. Not a big issue but would have been nice to know before booking the stay "

"I reserved a room with 2 beds, They gave me ONE and said my son could sleep on the sofa. It wasn't sofa bed, just a half sofa. There were also Bodily fluids found on the sheets and makeup on the pillows. OMG horrible"
