No one has a sense of urgency or hospitality. 4 people I did not know were trapped in the elevator. It did say max 2 people. No one cared. The moved so slowly. I asked if candy could be booked to room while there was a line of people. The receptionist was overwhelmed by this question. The car service to the concert which is promoted by hotel was a racket. N short you get what you pay for.

This is not a mainstay suites. It was a comfort inn. It literally had a comfort inn sign and a mainstay suites banner on the front. The rooms were not cleaned well and in terrible condition the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. There was mold in the bathroom. The ceiling tiles were stained and gross. The bathmat in the bathroom had what appeared to be blood on it. I could go on and on. The room reeks like smoke, and the smoke detector was yellow from smoke and dirt. It was really gross and overpriced for what it is. I would never come back here.
