"Home is sparkly clean, and there are helpful notes and signs posted around the rooms to assist guests in using the amenities. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, crockpot, blender, etc. There are numerous indoor and outdoor activities that the whole family can enjoy."

"Our entire family (6 adults and 2 grandkids - 15 &18) had a wonderful time at Academy Basecamp. The house was clean the view from the back deck was beautiful and the location was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood which was near all of the things we needed (grocery, Walmart, Starbucks etc) There was also plenty to do with ping pong/pool table, 2 TVs and a large assortment of games. We would definitely to this one again if we go o back to this area. "

"The property was wonderful for a family reunion, with features for adults and children of all ages. The kids and grandkids loved the rope swing, zip line, foosball ping pong and adjacent Fox Run Park. We all enjoyed the fire pit, game room with pool table and smart TV, games on the grass area, and roomy balcony seating with a view. And of course the relaxing soothing jacuzzi with powerful jets. The spacious house provided allows for group activities as well as alone time. We even had one member who conducted some business from what we called the hobbit room upstairs. There was prompt assistance for any issues that came up. The bed configuration on the website is not quite up to date; there are more beds but full size beds replace some queens."

"Our stay at Grand Lodge was wonderful! There was plenty of room for all of us we loved the large, beautiful kitchen where we prepared and enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners. The large deck and hot tub were a great gathering spot as well. We lived the quiet setting in the pines but were close enough for trips into the activities and attractions in Colorado Springs. Great place to stay!"

"This is nice house and overall the family enjoyed our stay. There were some listing errors that created problems but ultimately the host made things to our satisfaction. It is too bad that someone made the decision not to air-condition such a nice home when it was constructed."
