"If this place is available you need to book it ASAP! Not only is the location breathtaking (on the water with its own private beach) but Charlie is an amazing host & is very accommodating. He lives behind the unit so he’s quick to respond if you should need anything. He was so kind to help us get a few food items during the holidays when stores were closed & also held our luggage for us after checkout since we had a later flight. He truly cares about his guests. His adorable dog, Chloe, made sure to greet us everyday & was very popular with my kids.The villa is immaculate and we actually had the opportunity to see why: Charlie personally moves the furniture around so he can mop every inch of the floors after checkout. He also takes each cup/dish/utensil out of the cupboards & hand washes them even if unused to ensure everything is as clean as possible for the next guest. It is obvious Charlie takes great pride in his place & is willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is at its best for your stay. We also rented a car from him & everything was very legit with a contract filled out beforehand. Our family loved using the kayaks provided to explore the nearby beaches & Moriah Cay…talk about heaven on earth! This was our first visit to Exuma and we can’t wait to return. I just hope the villas will have availability then because I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Charlie & please give Chloe some ear scratches for us! "

"We enjoyed our stay at Rolle Town Retreat. Upon arrival, we found the house very clean. It had all the appliances needed to fix your own meals. Two bedrooms, one bath—all very nicely done. Enjoyed the double kayak which was provided—though it would be nice if there were two single kayaks. Perfect place to explore Man-O-War Cay, Moriah Harbor Cay National Park, and Little Exuma. Also, Starlink was provided for WiFi which was very important for us, as we have to conduct business on the Internet. So, all in all, we were very pleased. "

"This is our second stay here. We just had to come back to enjoy the expansive view of the ocean right from where we sleep. Got to see stingrays, turtles, fish, and starfish from the deck and used the kayaks to explore the area. Amenities were great along with the very comfortable bed! We highly recommend staying here. It’s a one of a kind location on the island. Quite a magical place! "

"The Blu Villa was amazing! Such a beautiful spot that we all enjoyed tremendously. Loved having my morning coffee on the porch and the pool was an added bonus that we enjoyed nightly under the stars. "

"I'll just say I agree with all of the great reviews, 100%. The bed was brand new and really put me down after exploring everywhere on our paddleboard from the shoreline down the hill from the rental. The structure was in very close to new condition, in fact, I'm not sure if it was a recent new construction or a complete remodel but it's a modern looking single level ranch. Great wrap around, really sturdy deck, not a single squeak there or anywhere inside the rental. The charcoal grill is a really nice Weber. The entry door locks are Kwikset as an example of its quality construction. There's a 55 inch television in the bedroom. I just screen mirrored my phone for Netflix and Max. I guess the walk to the small beach is around five minutes but it felt like two. We've visited Exuma around 13 times and both of us instantly agreed we are staying at Lilium again our next visit. If you plan on putting alot of things in the fridge and freezer you need to turn the cold setting on high because its a smaller appliance and it has to work at its potential to keep things cold. I never asked, but I just lit the gas kitchen stove with a lighter. We brought our inflatable paddleboard for our 4th time to Exuma and it was over the top incredible. It was so incredible we never left to visit another beach. It was an expanse of water separated by a dune (Man o War Cay) to another massive expanse of water, total paradise. Demetri is def a hands on fast, excellent host."
