"Bayview Villas is absolutely fantastic and definitely the best spot on the island! We travelled all around Exuma in one of Charlie’s hire cars and couldn’t find anywhere that compared. The location is perfect - quiet, relaxing, with beautiful views. The water is so blue, and we loved having the kayaks to explore the sandbar and islands opposite.The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything our family of four needed and more. Charlie is the best host we've ever had. He is friendly and helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble.We had such an amazing time and would love to come back again in the future. If you're planning a trip to Exuma, we can't recommend staying here highly enough.Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay. We loved every minute!"

"The views are spectacular. One can relax for hours upon hours outside watching the ever changing waters. Amazing home that is well kept, clean and comfortable. Private and Quiet. No need to leave. Heated pool. Kayaks and paddle boards and floats. The pier is so relaxing and home to a beautiful seagull couple. The owners of this property are 5 star and so is their property. They respond so fast to all questions. We will be back."

The suites were so clean, the towels were my word, amazing soft, the grounds were kept beautifully! The suites are very well equipped and welcoming. "We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Calm Water Villas! Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to return! We stayed in the master suite villa overlooking the pool and the ocean, which was the perfect size for us! It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need and more in a studio size unit. The bathroom was awesome and is a great size with dual showers! The deck with the extra comfortable lounge chairs and the perfect size pool was our favorite spot! The setting is so beautiful with a perfect little beach and the dock with amazing views. The location overall was great for us, not too far from anything. We actually met Meg when we first arrived and she was so amazing and answered any questions we had! Do not hesitate to book this villa, it’s amazing and we are already planning our return trip!"

She was responsive, helpful, and made the entire planning process seamless, and she continued to remain responsive throughout our trip to ensure everything was perfect.The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered.We also truly appreciated the wonderful recommendations provided for island activities and private chefs, which made our experience even more special. Tina was also excellent. She handled our grocery shopping ahead of time and had the house fully stocked with all of our requests upon arrival. It made settling in effortless and stress-free.We loved every moment of our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Exuma. "The home was well appointed. It was very clean. The ac worked well, as well as the fans. The view was great and location was good. Roads are rocky but we just went slow. Hot water and water pressure was great. The only con was the tv. The speaker on tv sounded like it haf been blown and sound was distorted snd hard to understand. Overall it was an excellent place to stay and eould recommend. We slso got the rental car thru his uncle and that was perfect. Everyone involved was kind, petsonable, responsive and professional. "
