"We had another wonderful stay at Charlie’s villa. The two bedroom villa was spotless, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook and eat with, the living room was comfortable and the outdoor patio was great for hanging out and watching the breathtaking views of the turquoise water and white sand. This is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Charlie is wonderful — always quietly there when needed, and attentive without ever being intrusive.We rented a car from him for the time of our stay and Charlie also arranged an airport pick up for us on our arrival. We had wonderful time kayaking, relaxing and exploring the island. I also have to mention, we booked massages with Charlie’s sister-in-law Nitza, who is truly amazing. Everything felt effortless from start to finish. One of those rare places you instantly want to return to and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing and memorable seaside escape.Thank you Charlie!!!"

The villa is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is nothing short of spectacular, offering truly beautiful and captivating views. We loved the convenience of on-site car and boat rentals, and spending our days with access to kayaks, a gorgeous waterfront patio, and our own beach was pure bliss. "The house is exactly as described. The amenities are just what we expected and perfect for us!the house was super clean and very secure with a ring doorbell camera and other cameras around. Samuel was very informative, quick to respond, and helpful when needed! The location is so like a home away fromHome located right next to a local family house, the beach just a few steps and the view sooo amazing! It’s very private and desolate part of the island. The calm waters at the beach were amazing, and we even kayaked (with the supplied boat and paddles) over to man o war cay to explore! I can’t say enough good things! (The only negative is the smart tv didn’t have available apps to watch, and ours we had access too didn’t work in the region- but it was fine since didn’t need be watching tv on vaca anyways) "

"Needed an escape from the NYC winter and stayed at The Calm Waters Villa at the end of January. So glad I did!!! This place was perfect. It has its own private beach and pool. Super quiet and relaxing. There are kayaks which we took for a spin. Accommodations are amazing. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The place was spotless. Short drive to restaurants and grocery store. There’s a long dock you can walk out onto which is amazing for watching the beautiful sunsets of Exuma, not to mention the fact that I’ve never seen water like there, ever. Highly recommend The Calm Waters Villa and I will definitely be back!!!"
