"They were very gracious with extending my reservation dates, with an early check-in. Front desk also called for my transport to airport. Enjoyed my 8 day stay there. Excellent location for tourist to Ulaanbaatar."
"I stayed this hotel for 5 nights and it was nice hotel , the hardest thing was to across the road to get to the hotel because of bed traffic, over all I enjoyed staying there, "
"I had a comfortable stay.
The bathtub was hot and a hot shower came quickly.
There was a good variety of pillows available too.
But the karaoke was a little loud.
The restaurant was also great with a great view.
The staff are also very friendly.
Overall I thought it was a very good hotel."
"The staff accommodated an early arrival which was very appreciated (we had to pay for it, though). Breakfasts were satisfying. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Shower water spilled out onto floor when showering. Entire hotel was clean. Fridge did not get cold. Unfortunately no air conditioning. Overall an average experience. Would stay here again. "

"Very comfortable, classic hotel in the National Wrestling Federation area. Some staff were top tier, going above and beyond to make the stay great and easy; others probably need more training in hospitality but the good ones were excellent. Decent gym, okay spa (both operated by private companies).
Could use more furnishings in the lobby and more/better restaurant options, but the bar is excellent. Rooms are solid, with great beds and other furnishings. The suite is worth it.
Good proximity to some bars and restaurants, and not too long a walk to Sukhbaataar Square. "
"An old soviet era hotel which has been well renovated. Right in the city centre, reception staff speak good English and arranged airport transfers and tours at a reasonable price.
Large, comfortable room. Good range of food for breakfast, dinner quality is more variable but excellent Chinese restaurant as well"
"The Holiday Innin UB is the standard, the bar, by which all other hotels are measured. It did not disappoint. If you want a high level of quality and professionalism this is the place."
"I was doing research at the University of Mongolia and also the National Library of Mongolia and so the Flower Hotel was in a very good location for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There were three different restaurants with the Chinese restaurant being the place I went because I am a vegetarian. The price of the meals was okay and the food tasted very good. Also need breakfast buffet was quite sufficient and was a part of my hotel working.
The floor in my room could have been vacuumed more often.
Another bonus was that the bath house was free to the guests of the hotel. It was kept clean. Had a large sauna as well as a good size hot water pool and a small cold water pool
If I ever need a hotel again the Flower Hotel would be my first price since the value of what you get for the money is excellent in my opinion."
"Great location, hotel staffs were approachable. The only issue I found is they talk softly that I can barely hear them. The premier restaurant however needs staffs improvement. I went for lunch sat down no one came until I ask the menu. As I observed maybe that’s the way they do business because they never approached a customers while I was there. No one came to me “how’s your meal?” Or anything just to “break the ice”. Food is great but needs to improve on staff-customers relationships. I won’t recommend the restaurant. "
"Excellent location and service. The room was small and didn’t have space to open our luggages. It’s 12 mins walk to Gandantegchinlen Monastery. Hotel staff got us a taxi to the Winter Palace of Bogd Khan, Last Emperor of Mongolia. We had a nice time. Thank you. "
