"Great little hotel with lovely art on the walls. Had everything I needed for a quick stay at a good price"

"Amazing staff and incredible location for business and touring."

"Great hotel"

"Stayed there for 15 nights as a female solo traveller. Breakfast was super delicious, the people there were super friendly and I was always welcomed by a happy smile. Never used a taxi and always walked to the city center as it’s only about 1.5 km. Would recommend it and stay there myself again."

"Great place to stay. Storing luggage for a few days was easy. The laundry service was good. Excellent restaurant downstairs called Double Shot. I would book with them again."

"Wonderful hotel with great helpful staff"

"Great hotel. Great club lounge. Good cost benefit."

"Great rooftop bar and restaurant - the highlight really. Rooms small and average reception area. Gym etc under renovation so unable to access. Close to malls and monastery."

"Very clean. Great location "

"Room was clean and in an ideal location to access various amenities."

"The best hidden gem hotel in UB. Ideal location close to everything above of all the family run small business gives you bed&breakfast fell , with even better guest care by a grandma host. Donot be fooled by the low price it’s very clean and kind of quiet corner. "

"Great location, great breakfast options. Very comfortable room and bed."

"Very nice hotel, staff were kind and helpful."

"I had a good stay at the Springs Hotel. The room was a little dated but spacious and comfortable. The hotel was in an excellent location withon walking distance to many sights and restaurants."

"The hotel is a 25 minute walk from Sukhbaatar square and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. A good location if based in Ulaanbatar for a couple of days."

"The facility was fine, with hot water (although not great water pressure), clean room and the receptionists could speak English well. There is also convenience store in the 1st floor. One thing that bothered me is that at every night, there are loud music and huge stumping from the ceiling above (I stayed at the top floor, so maybe that's why). Other than that, everything was good."

"Nice place"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. Great food, affordable massages at the spa, and great location."

"Overall it was a good hotel. Personnel was helpful but weirdly they didn't have soap to was hands. Even when they asked they brought extra tiny bottles of shower gel."
