The Space: Perrys North by Tiny Away is in the small village of Forth, just a 10-minute drive from Devonport. Surrounded by vineyards and wine-tasting experiences, and nearby attractions like the Tasmanian Arboretum, Mersey Bluff Lighthouse, Gunns Plains Caves, Hellyers Road Distillery, and Leven Canyon.
The nearby Forth Bridge Hotel, with its bottle shop, is just a short walk away. Explore Wilmot Road for a scenic drive to Cradle Mountain and Tasmania's Wild West Coast—perfect for nature enthusiasts and adventurers.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flush toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
For a traditional touch, there’s an “Outback Flushing Toilet” outside the tiny house. It’s connected to a septic system and offers full privacy.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home,"Perrys South," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.
Guest Access: Guests can access the tiny home and walk through the horse paddocks.

This road will take you directly to Forth. - Arrival in Forth: You will enter Forth via Forth Road, which is the main route through the town. - The drive is straightforward and takes about 15 minutes, providing scenic views of the countryside

- Catch the Bus from Devonport: Look for buses operated by Merseylink, which provide service between Devonport and Forth. - Route Information: The bus route typically involves taking the Route 70 or Route 80, which travel through Forth. - Check the Schedule: It is important to check the latest timetable on the Merseylink website or contact them directly, as schedules may vary throughout the week.
Other Things to Note: - Gas BBQ Grill is available - Expect variety of wildlife present onsite - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - No smoking allowed inside the tiny home; except outdoors - Mobile reception has good signals for all lines; weak signals for Spark - We’re close to local pubs, so please keep noise down when returning at night. - We have (2) Toilets: a cassette toilet inside the tiny house, and the Outback Toilet - We would like to advise guests that longer check-outs will incur an additional charge - Please clean up after yourself, especially in shared or outdoor areas, and dispose of rubbish properly

- Outdoor fireplace/fire drum/fire cylinder is not available during a total fire ban - Any damages caused by reckless behavior, excessive drinking, or disorderly conduct will be charged to the guest. This includes broken furniture, stained linens, and any disturbances to neighbors
