Girls trip

The condo was perfect for our girls trip. We saw a lot of dolphins, sea turtles and stingrays from the balcony of the condo. Loved the view from all the windows. We will definitely stay there in the future.

The Perfect Place!

This condo was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. The condo is beautifully decorated and in a great location! We were close to restaurants, shopping, and all the activities that Destin has to offer. Last, but not least, the view from this condo was absolutely amazing. From the time you walk in the front door you will be blown away by the water view! The balcony is huge and there is a separate balcony off of the master bedroom. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Perfect place!

Beautiful, clean condo overlooking the gulf. The balcony was a great place to watch boats and the occasional sea turtle or dolphin! It’s a quick drive to a variety of restaurants and activities or an easy walk to the beach. Nice pool and hot tub as well. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare home cooked meals. Highly recommend this property!

Water Views in all the Rooms!

This property is amazing. Huge bedrooms and living space. Floor to ceiling windows. A deck that covers the entire living space looking to the west. The condo itself is 1/2 of the west side of the building. We saw dolphins, pelicans, cranes, boats. The location is in a quiet part of Destin that is on the bay with no direct beach access, but you can walk to two beach access points within 10 minutes, one on the bay and one that has bay and gulf beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Bday Weekend Location

We had a great time. There was a ceiling fan loose and they sent someone right away to fix it. We saw dolphins every morning right from the balcony. And fireworks as well. It was spacious, clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Huge balcony. Pictures listed were representative of property. . stocked...wedecoratt.itcation was quick and polite.

Best view in Destin!

We had a fantastic stay here. The view took our breath away when we walked in. The sunsets are unreal! We stayed with our 4 yr old and had an excellent time. It’s not specifically set up for children but it was perfect for our quiet kid. She had plenty of room to play and we felt safe with her. The neighborhood was so quiet which we loved and the few neighbors we met were welcoming. We spent some time on the beach which is within walking distance and the swimming area is perfect for littles to play safely. It’s off the beaten path so it takes a little longer to get to restaurants and attractions but that was part of the appeal for us. We wanted a quiet beautiful place to stay and this was perfect. I was able to get really fast responses from the owner as well which was fantastic!

Spring Break

The view was amazing!! Condo was very spacious and clean,with comfortable seating and bedding. We have been visiting this area for years and this has been one of our favorite condos. Kitchen was well stocked. We had a small issue with television. The property management responded promptly and were very helpful and friendly. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Place to Relax

Very comfortable beds and furniture. You can relax and watch marine life (ie. Sea Turtles, Dolphin, bait fish, Birds) from the comfort of your terrace. If the weather isn't perfect you have all the entertainment in front of you without leaving your condominium. Very conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. We will certainly return to this unit next year.

Exceptional Views

This penthouse has the most spectacular views of the bay! It is simply breath taking! We were blown away by the views of the water. We saw pelicans doing above the roof. We saw dolphins. It was a beautiful site! The unit is very large and clean. Very nicely equipped kitchen. We would recommend it and will perhaps stay again.

30th Anniversary Trip

We walked into the unit and the view just took our breath away! We could not have chosen a more perfect place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We were able to watch the sea turtles and dolphins playing right in front of the condo from the balcony every day that we were there. We walked to both of the public beach locations close to the unit. The unit was perfectly stocked with everything that we needed during our stay (plus some). The people that we spoke with in the lobby and in the elevator who actually lived there were so kind and welcoming to us. We can't think of a single thing that we wish would have been different and we would love to stay here again in the near future!

So, our overall experience was great. The listing was as specified and the view was great. This was our 3rd year going to Destin for our family vacation and each year we have stayed somewhere different. This was by far the best VRBO property we stayed at so far and will definitely try to stay here again, if its available. We had a couple minor issues when we arrived but the property manager and owner were quick to get people out to have repairs made. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a really nice place for a resonable cost. Well worth the money.

PERFECTION

This condo was everything the photos and description described, and WAY more! We had the most perfect view whether we were sitting inside in the air conditioning, or enjoying coffee on one of the beautiful private balconies. We walked to the beaches, enjoyed sunsets on the beach downstairs, and met very friendly residents on the property, who made us feel so very welcome. The condo itself is very well appointed, very quiet and private, and offers the absolutely perfect spot to view the vintage air show and fireworks on Thursdays during the summer season. We can’t say enough good things about this place-perfection sums it up on every level, including ease of checkin and communication with Chris. This place is a gem!

Spectacular view!!

I don’t think you can get a better view! Spent every night on the balcony & viewed the amazing sunsets! How I miss that! Condo was spacious & Clean with a washer/dryer in unit. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes, cups & utensils. It’s a quiet building & area in general. The water taxi was $8.00 a person to literally take you on a 30 sec trip one way to the boardwalk. It was a bit of a walk to get there too. Took us longer to get to water taxi then the taxi ride. Lol. Uber is definitely cheaper. There is a nearby beach within walking distance. If you need low wave activity it’s the beach for you. We have older kids who wanted to do boogie boarding so we had to drive to other beaches to get that. There are jetties in the opposite direction as well. We did not experience those so no comment. Parking was easy. Never had a issue finding a spot. They have a pool & hot tub with a little beach in front but no easy access to the ocean. The boardwalk, restaurants & other activities are a close car ride away. We had a low amount of towels upon check in. I called the office & it was rectified promptly. I guess the count was not done prior to check in. My only advice to make the stay perfect would be higher quality sheets, they were just above hospital grade, & with a family of 6 for over a week two trash bags just was not enough. 1-2 more bags would have sufficed. The balcony floor is also in need of repair. All in all we would definitely stay again!

The condo was so comfortable, including the beds which is a huge thing. Well equipped, excellent decor, and very clean- and I am picky! Perfect for a stay for my husband and I, as we do not spend time in the water. Only detraction for some might be that there is a sand beach but it is edged with rip rap and you can't get to the water. If we came back with our children/grandchildren it would be a negative.

The property was absolutely beautiful! Met all my expectations and more. I e been coming to Florida for 20 years now and this is by far the best view I’ve had. The property manager was so easy to work with and if we had a problem with something it was handled quickly. 10/10 would recommend this condo for your next vacation!
