Aqua Waves of Destin. Amazing Beach with Free Beach Set Up!

Our unit has beautiful and unobstructed Gulf views from all rooms. Sitting on our Balcony is like being at the beach. There is no way to be closer to the water in Destin and you can enjoy these views from each room! You are so close that you can watch your children right from our balcony. Spacious 1430 sq feet, newly renovated and attractively decorated. Our unit is in excellent condition.

The master suite features a king-sized, canopy bed with an awesome gulf front view, an LED flat panel TV with a DVD, ample closet space, and an over-sized, connecting master bathroom. The master bath is spacious and has a large tile and glass in shower with a built-in seat. The guest bedroom has a two queen beds, another great gulf front view, an LED TV, ample storage and a connecting bathroom.

The kitchen features all wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, all stainless-steel appliances, glass pendant accent lights and also a gorgeous gulf view.

The living room area features a 42" LED Vizio Smart TV with built in streaming Aps, and a dedicated VIzio sound bar, to bring theater into our condo. Guests with NETFLIX, HULU, YOUTUBE or AMAZON accounts can also stream video content directly though our versatile system. We have unlimited FAST & FREE WIFI for our guests.

Our 3rd floor view and the sound of the ocean is unforgettable. You can park your car just footsteps away from the elevator and walk a few more foot steps into your oceanfront retreat. Our unit is about the closest you can be in Destin to the ocean and you will soon experience this wonder. We also include free beach service set up of chairs and an umbrella for our guests staying with us from March 1st to October 31st.

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. Within 1/2 mile (a 15-minute walk) there are 2 large grocery stores, a Target, 2 major chain pharmacies, a US Post Office, a UPS Store, 3 fast food outlets, 15 restaurants. You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park.

Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis, pickleball or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

TO RESERVE OUR UNIT:
1. Verify your Dates: March 1 to December 31st. We Accept bookings of 4 nights or longer, however we prefer SATURDAY to SATURDAY rentals.
2. You can book it online within the VRBO site. Just enter your dates to begin the process and follow the prompts. If you book our condo online you will receive our rental agreement by email. at the time of booking. Booking the unit constitutes acceptance of the rental policy.
3. If you want to ask a question before booking, look for "Contact Owner" on the right of your screen. You can send me an email with your requests and ask questions about the unit before booking. I will answer all questions, send you a quote with the terms of the rental. If you are satisfied, you may then proceed with the booking.

WE TAKE YOUR SAFETY SERIOUSLY. The condo is completely tuned over and disinfected on the changeover day by the onsite housekeeping team. All towels and bed linens are completely removed from the unit and replaced with clean and sanitized sets. Housekeeping uses only EPA registered products, and every surface is wiped down according to protocols set forth by The CDC.

We had a great time. The condo was exactly as pictured, great ocean view, beds comfortable, and kitchen well stocked with everything you would need to cook. We had two couples and had plenty of room.

This condo is a great place to stay if you like easy access to the beach, beautiful views from every room and being central to restaurants and shopping. The parking was easy and convenient and the amenities were excellent, from the well equipped gym to the gorgeous pool.

Great spot at the beach

Condo was situated perfectly to see the gulf from balcony and both bedrooms. Had gear to cook most anything. Beds comfortable, good AC and water/pressure. Beach chairs and umbrella were great to have too. We will stay again!

Annual Girls Trip to Destin

Loved the condo! Third floor location felt like we were literally “on the beach”. In previous years, we have stayed at other properties and have been on higher floors, liked this third floor location better!

Great property!

This was a girls trip and first time to Destin. This property was just as the online pictures were presented. We had a great view and steps away from the beach. The beach chair service was a wonderful perk too. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here on our next trip to Destin!

Amazing View!

We had a wonderful vacation! You cannot beat the view from this condo. Absolutely beautiful. It’s so close to the beach and everything is very walkable. It was perfect for our family of 4 with the two beds in the second bedroom. The facilities were very nice and everyone was very friendly. Beach service was excellent too!

Wonderful Condo right next to the beach

This was our first vacation to Destin as a family and this Condo makes us want to come back again. The location was perfect. The free beach chair setup was great. There was plenty of space to lounge and gather when not at the beach. I hope we are able to book this condo again for our return trip to Destin in the future.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful Condo with a nice beach view, perfect for family of 4. Kitchen equipped with all the basic needs for making meals. Loved the large pool and the pickleball courts were a bonus. Glad we brought our paddles just incase. The beach chair and umbrella set up daily made trips to the beach so easy and carefree. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This property was perfect for a week at the beach! The location to restaurants was great as everything was less than a 15 minute drive even with traffic. The owner is super quick to respond which I appreciate. The only reason I did not give this a perfect five star review is the listing states that the second bedroom has two queen beds; however, they are double beds instead. Other than that, it was exactly what we needed for our vacation.

Gorgeous beach view

Our family had a wonderful time in Destin . The condo was beautiful and very clean. We highly recommend this to any family of four that wants the relaxation of the beach and a family, friendly condo setting ! The convenience of the beach being right there was amazing.!! This condo was extremely roomy and very family-friendly! we also felt very secure as with the check-in process and the nightly security going around checking things. I would highly recommend this condo and we will book this property again!

Great place for Grandma,Grandpa,Mom,Dad and 3 year old. Only bad experience was restaurants. But unit had everything we needed to prepare several meals ourselves. Worked out well for us!

My husband and I loved the Condo , it was nice and open and the view of the ocean beautiful. But the balcony was the best it was almost being on the beach, could hear the waves and even saw some Dolphins. Would definitely come back

Destin Vacation

This beachfront condo in Destin was perfect for our family vacation. The pictures are accurate and the amenities (beds/pillows, bathrooms/towels, kitchen/cookware and utensils) were aplenty. The chair service on the beach was *wonderful*! Not having to drag chairs down to the beach front and all that follows, was superb. Steven made preparation for stay and everything else about our stay each. The information provided prior to arrival was thorough and made checkin super easy. Definitely would stay again in the future!

Really appreciate the effort of the owner in making condo so comfortable and well apporationed. Thre view of the gulf was amazing!! Only little thing was master bed abit high. Sadly not much sun indoors or outdoors

The condo was very nice but the master bedroom had dark furniture & there was nothing but 2 fish pictures that said “I am at the beach.” This lack of beach indoors in the condo was very noticeable since it rain for about 4 days. The scenery off the he balcony at water was nice but heavy clouds due edge effects of Francine.
