"Check-in staff was rude. Gentleman in housekeeping was nice. They also told us and other groups behind us that breakfast ended at the wrong time so when we all came down we were turned away. That’s frustrating when we booked to have breakfast for convenience. Then we had to go get food and spend extra money. Hotel was decently clean and room was nice. "

"The furniture in the room looked like yard sale stuff. The upholstered chairs and bench were filthy. There was old food in the refrigerator. The floor was smeared with a dirty mop. The light fixtures were falling off the walls. The bathroom smelled moldy."

"Overall a wonderful experience! The staff are friendly & helpful. It was a large, comfortable space & bed for the price, an unexpected treasure so I stayed an extra night. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the pool was cold, the hot tub broken and the sauna doors wouldn't stay closed. If could give 4.5, I would. "

"It is a brand-new hotel. Everything is nice and clean. I’m sure the surrounding property will be landscaped nicely soon. Nearby “K-Bob’s Steakhouse”was a family-friendly place with great steaks, a bar, salmon, and a salad bar. The property was having issues getting hot water and water pressure to the 4th floor - which I’m sure will be resolved. "
