"Great place for a work trip or casual site seeing! Transportation is easy to access, room is quiet and clean and the staff is so helpful and kind! Will be back for sure!"
"I was very pleased with my stay at Lyle Washington DC. The staff was consistently friendly and willing to go out of their way for me. The restaurant downstairs offered good food. I ate dinner and breakfast there each. The room was nice and seemed as though the bathroom was renovated not that long ago. Amenities such as soap/lotion and shampoo/conditioner were provided. There was some noise outside at night and I think it was the trash pickup. But other than that, it was an overall very pleasant stay. Safeway was within walking distance where I bought water and snacks. There was a CVS as well as a number of restaurants, all of which were just down the street and around the corner. One thing was that I'm kind of short so it took me a little while to get to the train station but it was ok. Tip: If you are over 65, you can ride the bus for $1.10 each way, if you pay cash. The transportation system is very good in DC. I would definitely stay at the Lyle again."
