"My stay at the Normandy Hotel was an A1 experience from start to finish. The daily wine and cheese hour is a standout touch that gives the hotel a cozy, boutique feel. It’s a cute, medium‑sized property with a relaxed vibe and great staff who made the stay even better. Parking was street parking, which worked out perfectly for me since I stayed over the weekend and it was free. During the week, parking might be a little harder to find, but weekend guests should have no issues. The biggest highlight for me was the pet‑friendly policy. Pets stay completely free, which is a huge plus. If you’re a pet parent, you already know how hard it is to find hotels that welcome your fur babies without charging ridiculous fees. Normandy makes traveling with pets simple and stress‑free, and that alone puts them ahead of many other hotels in DC. Overall, a great stay with thoughtful touches, friendly staff, and unbeatable pet accommodations."

"First of all, the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and the additional amenities are a huge plus. (pool, hot tub, sauna). Everyone we encountered during our stay was very friendly and accommodating. That's unusual these days. But, we want to mention one employee in particular. His name is Bart and he was working the front desk when we checked in. There was a small discrepancy in the room. He addressed the situation with sincerity and promptness. He made us feel like we were VIP's and vowed to keep working until he found us a room we were satisfied with. And he did. Then he placed a follow-up call to the room to make sure we had everything we needed. Bart is the epitome of what a guest service representative should be. With every subsequent encounter we had with him we were met with a smile and enthusiasm. He is special, and Omni is fortunate to have him represent the hotel."

"This was a nice hotel! The room was clean and cozy. I would've liked if I was able to connect to Netflix and other streaming services, but it was fine. It's very close to the Metro, as well as restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again!"

"I've been coming here for the last 10 years.A few times a year never disappointed.I always come early. They always give me a room something's wrong. They fix it right away and just a great location. And the staff is awesome, same with the valet parking people, they're great."
