Located in the coveted Thumb Point Subdivision, perfectly situated small beach community that has access to tiki bars, the beach, the jetty park, and more. A very special home that truly exemplifies the perfect beach house. From the moment you walk in, you easily slip into vacation mode;. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and everything there is to enjoy about this unique area of Hutchinson Island. This beach pad exudes surf and sand. Thoughtfully decorated, furnished and equipped with everything you need. We hope you will visit and enjoy this piece of paradise with your family and friends as we do. CALL FOR SPECIAL RATES.

Sleeping accommodations include a new Crate & Barrel King Size Luxurious Bed in Master, 2 Queens in guest room 1 and 1 Queen in guest room 2, as well as a Queens Size Sleeper Sofa with a Memory Foam mattress in the living room. Sleeps 10 Comfortably and plenty of space to add more, if needed.

Huge jacuzzi to relax and unwind.

Large Spacious kitchen which opens up to Bonus Florida/Sun Room as well as Living Room #2.

Plenty of TV's! Each bedroom has a Smart TV, Both living rooms have Brand New Smart TV, 65" and 55".

Spacious island home

Enjoyed the house with our kids and grandkids while boating in the area. The beautiful island home had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our stay. Location is great! The built in jacuzzi spa is so relaxing and the kids really loved it as well. We look forward to more stays in the future.

Beach and baseball

I stayed here with a few friends to celebrate my 50th birthday and attend some Mets spring training games in Port St Lucie. I really liked how the beach and restaurants were just a short walk away. I asked if the house had exercise/yoga mats and Sheila was nice enough to order some in time for our arrival.

Perfect for our needs

The house was very nice, clean. We needed 3 bedrooms for 4 people and it cost the same as hotel rooms for all. Jacuzzi was great for a nightcap and a chat! The outside was a little overgrown, but we weren't there to hang out in the yard. It was a rainy weekend, besides. We had a fresh coconut fall, which was a bonus!

A beautiful home and close to everything.

The house inside and out was beautiful. Everything was well kept. Great access to the beach and restaurants. All within walking distance. It was a nice place to relax while visiting family in Ft Pierce. The jetty is also a short walk away don’t forget to stop by the jetty lounge to get a rum runner to go for your walk! The owners were very easy to contact and talk with. Highly recommended. The fenced in back yard was great for my one child who has Down syndrome. She likes to try and escape any chance she gets so that was a must have for us. Very nice all around and would definitely stay again. Thanks again for the beautiful home!
