"Had an amazing week at this property (second time renting here) in May of 2024. The house is set up beautifully with plenty of room and privacy for multiple people/families. The property is right on the beach and it felt like a private beach because rarely did we see any other people. There is an elevator, which comes in handy with older guests and luggage etc. The property is managed extremely well, very clean and they provide everything needed for the beach or even kayaking on the river side....

"The house has a lovely view of Indian River - we enjoyed morning coffee on the screen porch watching the sunrise. The house is very spacious and comfortable and along with the guest house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and coffee and bottled water were provided. Fort Pierce was an easy 20 min ride. We were attending a wedding and the house was perfect for out of town family to spend an afternoon together. The high speed rail runs behind the house so there is the occasional train...

"We had a really nice and relaxing stay at this property! Great location, just a short walk to private beach. Super quiet area which was very nice, we had the beach pretty much to ourselves during prime spring break time. There is also access to the Indian River in the neighborhood and we enjoyed walks down to a private dock on a nightly basis. The house was clean and everything in excellent condition.There were a few things that could be improved. It was never clear to us if we could park close...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Cup of Sea. Taylor was excellent in communication related to some issues on arrival but those were handled promptly. Beds were super comfy, outside pool was awesome. We played the pool table all day every day and the short distance to the beach was great. We enjoyed movies at night in the living room on the comfy couch. Thank you for a wonderful week and we hope to come back soon."

"The house was as advertised and, for the price, a good option. It is on the older side and seems a little worn but was clean and had all the amenities advertised in the listing. The backyard and garage were not very clean and both were a little disorganized (toys scattered about, chalk left on the trampoline, and lots of stuff in the garage) but the owner had four usable beach chairs, two umbrellas, a couple of bikes, and a beach wagon - everything we needed for trips to the beach which was just...

"We did a quick overnight with our 4 kids from Tampa. Wanted to have a day at the Atlantic Beaches. Home was very well decorated and had everything we needed for our short stay. Beds were very comfortable. My two youngest loved the bunk bed room with the toys."
