Thanksgiving Getaway

Perfect for our family of 5. Clean and newly remodeled. Close proximity to downtown Ft.Pierce's shopping, dining and the beach.

Not what I expected

We were so excited after looking at the listing photos! However, when we arrived, it was not what we expected at all. The neighborhood was friendly, but not the best area. The place was filthy when we arrived. To his credit, I contacted the owner and he has a cleaning crew crew come back out. Unfortunately, it would have taken then about a week to fully clean this place. Mold in ask the windows, peeling ceiling, cracks and broken floor tiles. Just not what we paid for.

Overall the stay was decent. The biggest pro was it's proximity to everything we needed oh and the beds were very comfortable to sleep on! There were some nice cool appliances as well especially in the bathroom. The cons however was that some parts of the place didn't match the picture, I'd suggest to remodel & replace some areas for future purposes. But it was an affordable stay and the host was attentive and quick to respond when we had an issue so that outweighs that con. Our stay was good.
