We were there last weekend. The hotel is new and very beautiful. But we had some inconveniences, first there are no people who speak Spanish so for tourists who do not speak English it will be a little difficult, second they charged our credit card by mistake, two charges and we are still waiting for the refund of one of the charges . I asked to change the room for one with a better view, they gave us the room but not only did it not have a better view but also, the cleaning was not the best. So for what you pay per night…we are somewhat disappointed. Maybe it was bad luck but keep an eye out for charges on your credit card. The area was convenient, you could walk to different areas, maybe a little noisy since there are several bars around.

Only 1 elevator working, the pool closed at 1pm, the rooftop bar was not opened at all. The staff were awesome.

Go to hotel in ft meyers area
Always a great experience. Everyone is always so helpful and nice. My go to hotel when I stay in ft meyers. Bar is great upstairs as well as lobby, plenty of options for shopping and dining within walking distance. Great coffee shop in lobby.

Lovely hotel with great location and views. Rooms are clean and comfortable with room darkening shades. There are an abundance of restaurants within the hotel and walking distance. Views of the harbor from the rooftop bar are stunning. I would stay here again. My one complaint is room service which is posted as available at 7AM. I ordered coffee and yogurt the night before for 7:00AM delivery via a phone call to the front desk. The next morning I called the front desk at 7:15AM to inquire and was told the kitchen does not open until 7AM and it would be a thirty to forty minute wait. I cancelled my order as I had had a meeting to attend. When I checked out I mentioned this and again was told the kitchen opens at 7AM and it takes 30 to 40 minutes even though I ordered the night before. Staff could not understand the customer perspective on this. Also staff does not answer the phone but I was told that they always do. Staff needs to be trained on customer service......

Very nice, however the full day we were there the pool was closed the entire day. Was very disappointed because a main factor in picking this hotel for me was the pool. I feel like I didn’t get my moneys worth!

There was zero water !! Could not shower or wash my face brush my teeth. Called desk to call their attention nothing was done. When woke ip still no water to wash up. Very disappointing for 360 stay one night stay

Fort Meyers still rebuilding from hurricane last September. This hotel survived (concrete and steel); staff very friendly, lovely rooftop bar; their restaurant short walk across from property on the bay was delightful (Oxbow) and staff equally so. No amenities per se in Fort Meyers; I was there for a conference.
