I got a call ahead of time confirming that I would be able to use the designated suite. They added a hand-held shower extender to the shower, so that I could use it. The only thing that would have helped more was a shower chair, so that I could sit in the shower area. They received and held a couple of Amazon packages that I bought to provide a toilet seat...
