"The facility is contemporary and nicely updated. The room and breakfast area were spotless (and I'm verrry picky).I was on the 9th floor and had a very quiet and peaceful night. The self serve breakfast had ample choices to please all. The only negative comment is the location, its not ideal. A little sketchy with panhandling and homeless a few blocks away. I won't walk to/from the hotel."

"Beautiful property. Very convenient and walkable. I lived in the neighborhood for many years and chose to stay here during a recent trip back to Ft Lauderdale. Always something to do in the area. Funky Fish Shuttles made it very easy to get around."

"Wonderful room for the price! Will def stay here again. Already booked a return trip. Modern, clean and comfortable. Pool, hot tubs and amenities top notch. Only downside was our room was right near train tracks and it was at times loud. Request a high floor to help with this. "

"Rooms were very clean and plenty of room to move around. Breakfast was great. A lot of different items to choose from. The Staff in the bar/ restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. Area was safe to walk around after sunset. Plenty of shops near by. "

"The guest house was just like advertised! It was really clean upon arrival and was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our meals and even had complimentary snacks for us! We were pleased with the set up! "
