    This spectacular waterfront Mediterranean masterpiece has 7000 Sq.ft. of living space. The home is exquisitely appointed with the finest of materials and craftsmanship providing you with the warmth of a home away from home.

    Feel the stress leave as you drive into the one acre estate through a canopy of grand oaks. Seclude yourself in this gated sanctuary while still being in the center of it all. Enjoy the expansive waterfront from almost every room of the villa. Large enough to provide privacy to each member of your group and yet provide plenty of space to eat, drink and be merry together. Enjoy the spacious pool deck between laps in the extra large heated pool or just relax on the covered patio with a drink and watch the boats go by.

    We just installed a brand new mesh network so if you do have to do a little work while you're staying, you will have a strong internet connection.

    *Our property is located in a quiet family neighborhood. We love hosting a family vacation of up to 12 people. We strive to always keep our home in tip top condition and are happy to accommodate small parties or events, but please be mindful of the neighbors and quiet hours.*

    The villa's six bedrooms all have an attached full bathroom. The bathrooms are all appointed with ample linens.

    Upstairs:
    Master: 1 king with a nurse bedroom with 1 queen
    Bedroom2- 2 twins
    Bedroom3- 1 queen
    Bedroom 4- 1 queen

    Main Floor:
    Bedroom 1: 1 king
    Bedroom 2- 1 queen with a bathroom without a bathtub

    There is a television in every bedroom along with a large TV in the family room. The TVs all gave Roku or Firestick.

    We also provide beach towels, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent, dish and dishwasher detergent, coffee and coffee filters, salt and pepper, spices, hair dryers, iron and ironing board.

    3 nights minimum on holidays.

Great place to get together

This house was perfect for our three generation family get together. There was plenty of space to spread out and yet provided ample space for togetherness. The kitchen was easy to work in and well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, glasses, etc. The house's location is a quick drive to downtown, the beach, airport and expressway. We had a great time.

Great stay with young kids and grandparents

We had a great time at Tabitha’s place! We loved the pool, the house is super spacious with lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. We loved sitting on the dock and watching the yachts go by. Immediate neighborhood was lacking but it was a short drive to Las Olas which was nice. We would definitely recommend.

Fun Golf Getaway

For the past 3 years, I’ve had my annual golf group stay at this rental. It’s a perfect size. Every guy has his own room, the kitchen area and game room are a nice place to meet up, and the outside pool/hot tub is heated. Tabitha is incredibly responsive and provided assistance to us anytime we had a question. We will stay here again!

Great house for entertaining. Good bones. Needs a little refresh to get a 5. Owner was great to deal with throughout the process. Big boat blocks any view of water. Was hard to cook indoors as the stove exhaust fan was not working and smoke detector kept going off.

Perfect home for groups or families

Our annual golf group of 8 has stayed here two years in a row. This is a beautiful, luxury home with plenty of space to relax and decompress from a full day of fun. Tabitha is great to work with and handled any question I had. The group enjoyed having their own private bedrooms along with plenty of full bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are excellent amenities. We plan to come back.

Perfect for a Guys Trip

Place was dope. The only thing missing in this place was TV outside by the pool. Everyone basically had their own little suite. 5-10 mins away from anything you could possibly need. Had an issue with the pool and someone was sent over right away, very friendly and helpful. Tabitha we will definitely be back thanks so much.

Great for multiple families

The size of the house made it nice & spread out for multiple families to vacation together. The place looks as pictured. We enjoyed the pool area daily ~ it's a great large space. Seeing the massive yachts go by each evening was entertaining. The peacocks that live around the neighborhood were a surprise. We had some issues arise, but the host was attentive to get them resolved.

Perfect for a large group get-a-way. Planned a golf trip in the area with 10 friends. House was plenty large enough to accommodate all. Pool and hot tub were great for end of day wind down. A fantastic getaway

Nine of my friends and I came down for a bachelor party. The place is very central to the airport, the beach, and the nightlife so it was perfect. They were super responsive when we had any issues, which weren’t many. They had everything that we needed to socialize. The only minor thing that I would say, is the confusion of the lighting inside. The chandelier in the front room not working and just being for a show. And the lighting in some of the rooms were not ceiling lights and needed a lamp. Otherwise, I would recommend to anyone

Driving up to the home, it looked just like pics. The property was amazing for our 6 adults and 4 grandchildren, so much room. The kitchen is great for all of us to enjoy cooking together~ fridge was super sized,which was great. Grill was handy too! We all enjoyed the pool each day and alternated some beach time every other day. The number of bedrooms was beyond what we needed but appreciated our own bathrooms too. Comfy tv room off kitchen was so nice. We totally loved the home and area and we plan on returning.

Perfect house!

We stayed for 3 nights., before a cruise for my 70th Birthday., 12 of us from ages 3-72. It was a perfect house that offered plenty of room and plenty to do. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. The pool is large and heated and the spa was enjoyed by all. The grounds are beautiful to walk around and explore. We fished off the dock. We played football in the large front area. Having groceries and food delivered was easy. The bedding was comfy! And we really appreciated we didn’t have to wash the bedding and towels when we departed!! So many interesting art and collectibles throughout the home., that has a bit of a Great Gatsby feel to it., and old world charm. Plenty of bathrooms. Sure., there are signs of weathering from the harsh ocean and a few things that need attention., but nothing that couldn’t be overlooked. Tabitha responded quickly and sent someone right over when we had a question. We will all definitely be back., only next time we will be staying longer!! Thank you thank you!

Overall wonderful stay

Big and beautiful home! We arrived late and in a downpour with lightning. It was just a touch spooky going into that grand entrance that was dark. Once the lights were on, so was the fun! So many rooms to choose from. Great pool space. Entertaining yacht and tiki-hut-boat traffic in the canal; and yet, still peaceful. The first night was hampered by a little leak from the dishwasher. But that was quickly handled by the host. Laundry service on the bedding could have been a little bit better but that is to be expected- a quick wash and it was solved. Food and groceries were easily delivered. The host and maintenance person were both on point. We will definitely look for this availability again. NB: we were there for a wedding nearby. Seven adults were able to ready themselves in no time. The rest of the time was spent at the home. We didn't want or need to venture out to the many attractions available to us.

Beware… pictures are deceiving!

We selected this property because of the beautiful presentation of the house and grounds. We were shocked when we pulled into the property. It looked like an abandoned haunted house. There was mold and dirt all over the exterior of the house and patios. The house had not been cleaned and maintained in the outdoor areas in many years. All of the outdoor furniture had mold and dirt. It was so disgusting we could not even sit outside. Trees and weeds are overgrown and it has been terribly neglected. Who comes to Florida to sit inside?? The inside was okay but again it was old and needs much updating. The layout and space was fine but again it needs a refresh. We were highly disappointed in the house. Tabitha was pleasant to work with as the host of the house but the owners need to stop and maintain their home before renting it. We would never stay there again.

Birthday Celebration

Overall the stay was wonderful! 10 friends came together to celebrate my birthday. I like a modern look so the house was a little dated but still beautiful. The size was accommodating for 10 people. the pool was wonderful. the back door kept opening which was concerning but I called Tabitha and she answered immediately and sent Timothy to fix it within minutes. There was an issue with the gate and phone communication and the clicker did not work. We had to open the gate manually. However, Tabitha let us know about that issue in the welcome book. Overall it was an amazing experience. There were ample supplies in the house towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and washing detergent, and soap. The kitchen was fully supplied with appliances and gadgets. the vent to the stove was not working and we were informed of that as well. We did a lot of cooking and didn't want the smoke alarms to go off. There were a lot of one-step downs and someone fell and several people almost fell, so that was concerning, but we were careful to remind each other to watch that step. It was a beautiful stay at an amazing house.
