Very nice place very clean and the staff are very good customer service or should I say great customer service I will request if anyone wanted to stay here at 1400 FAU research Park drive would be a great decision that you made everybody is very helpful thanks to Miss Lisa and the manager are great keep up the good work it's the best place that I ever stayed

Pleasant stay, quiet and comfy. The -only- thing I will state that would be considered an issue is that the refrigerator was not operating correctly. Temps were set at high before our occupancy but the inside of the fridge was warm which did not bother us personally, however I imagine to most people it would raise flags. Besides that, my stay was very comfortable, and overall I would recommend this to friends and others.

Dumpy--not upkept well. Hall smelled, as did the room. Hay fever acted up--probably due to fungus in the room. The window doesn't have a proper cover to block sunlight. There were two strange, loud noises from outside--some equipment or something. The staff I interacted with was great.

The cockroach hotel

We went with a small pet, so they provided a room where they had other rooms with pets. The carpet was smelly. It seemed that everybody there used pot, the smell came through the vents. The people above and next to our room were very noisy at all hours. It was nearly impossible to have a good night sleep. The cockroaches were in the kitchen, in the bathroom, over the desk, near the TV. The floor in the room was nasty and sticky. Zero cleanliness.

The hotel was very basic . No breakfast included at this location , but the price is good for a clean room with a kitchen . No utensils or cooking supplies are included but are sold at the front desk . Right next door to a Cracker Barrel so affordable meals are in walking distance

Great staff. Fran and Lisa are spectacular. Always accommodating. The rest of the staff, from front desk to housekeeping are friendly and always there when you need them. The rooms are nice and most important, CLEAN!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to people that are coming to Deerfield beach and even Boca Raton. Go ahead. Treat yourself.

Arrived around 1am, and there was no one at the door. Had to ring for the front door man. Place was clean enough. Beds were comfortable. Some visible wear on the building, but overall, I would stay again. I was just passing through town—wasn’t staying here for an extended time.

I liked that there was ample parking near the lobby. There is a stench in the hallways, perhaps the scent of pets. Perhaps persons with pets can be limited to one area of the hotel, so that persons without pets dont have to be subject to the lingering scent. Otherwise the property was clean and quiet.

This hotel has beat minimal essentials. You get towels and 1 bar of soap. No coffee pot or coffee in the lobby. You get a refrigerator, microwave and 2 burner but no pots or pans. If you want to rent them it's $39.99. if you need another towel it will cost you $1.75. we will never stay there again. Only plus about it it's a pet friendly hotel.

This property is, indeed, very unique. It is uninhabitable. It stinks! The smell is so strong that I couldn’t breathe. Smelled of Bug Spray (?). I reported it to the lady at the front desk, & she looked at me as if I was speaking Greek. She said she would send somebody up to check it out. Nobody came. The sheets were clean but stained. The carpet in the hallway was terribly stained, & don’t know if it ever gets shampooed. There was no cup or plate or amenity in the room, even though there was a microwave oven. I had to request soap & shampoo. Staying the night was torture; but we had no choice, we were tired after a long day, & we were unfamiliar with the area. We thought we would be staying at a decent clean hotel, instead this turned out to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was polite & friendly enough. No complaints there. Except that they did not acknowledge that the place stinks. There was another Extended Stay America hotel less than a block from there, they could have moved us there. We saw the hotel the next day.
