We only spoke to one staff, she was kind and knowledgeable with lots of recommendations. Encountered lots of cleaning staff and they were really nice, they were working very hard! Pretty typical for the price point and last minute accommodations. Wasn’t a bad stay, probably won’t go back, I’d pick a less busy part of the strip

Front desk was attentive to my request for first floor room with a mobility issue. Room was spacious and clean. My only issue was that the hotel descpition says they are a four minute walk to the beach. Simply not true. They have no access. The front desk told me to cross the road and go thru the lobby of the resort and out through their tiki bar to the beach. Upon arrival there are clear signs that there is no public access to the beach it for their resort guest only. So that was a bit sketchy.

The check-in lady was not friendly she barely said anything no greeting asked for ID and card. Placed the room keys on the counter and that was it she looked miserable. The towels had hair on them as did the cooler the walls and bathtub. One of the towels had a drop of blood. The beds were ok we didn’t spend much time on property besides to sleep shower. Was in a good location just needed to be more clean and friendly staff
