For your convenience, we also provide two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board, all stored in the owner's closet, for your enjoyment during your stay. Perfect for a fun day at the beach! Relax by the outdoor pool or rent a boat or jet skis right from the dock. Inside, the unit includes a kitchen, dining table, bedroom, full bath, a sofa bed and a coffee station to have some coffee w/ the stunning intracoastal view. Building features a cozy lobby w/ a coffee shop, breakfast spot, and lounge w/ a pool table and TVs. There are two amazing bars both inside and outside near the pool that are both Incredible! Located in a prime area, you're just a 5-minute walk from Publix, Starbucks, and The Galleria Mall — perfect for picking up groceries, grabbing a coffee, or enjoying shopping and dining. A very nice unit in a great location. Water taxi stops at the property, Publix grocery store a short walk away, Galleria Mall right next door, the beach is a close walk, State Park right there. Property has a nice restaurant and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Would return to this unit.
