"We loved that it was secluded and didn't have to listen to slamming hotel doors. The hot tub is perfect. It's a very easy and BEAUTIFUL drive to Estes park and Rocky Mountain national park. Very close to downtown Loveland and close to Fort Collins as well. Really close to so much. Amy even gave us a huge list of places to eat when I told her what type of food we were wanting. We checked in on the 4th of July and she sent us where the fireworks were and what time they were without us even asking....

"Place is beautiful, spacious, with very comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is well stocked with small and large appliances, large variety of spices, Kuerig coffee and regular coffee pot, plenty of pots, pans, and baking dishes. Very clean, plenty of closet space, large bathrooms, top of the line washer and dryer. We were delighted we found the place and plan to return!"

"This is a well maintained, up to date and comfortable home that served as a great homebase as we explored the Loveland and Ft Collins area. We were a bit surprised at the age and condition of some of the other properties in the immediate neighborhood, and the parking really is limited to one vehicle, but neither issue negatively impacted our trip. We would stay here again, thank you for providing such a comfortable home."

"There were 7 of us. 2 seniors, 2 adults and a 15, 13 and 5 year old. There were several sleeping options. The bunk beds are full size beds plus there’s a trundle bed. Then a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. My husband and I spent one night on the couch which makes out to a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and it actually slept pretty good also. "Since our stay in 2022, the condo was updated with new fixtures, furniture, appliances, and décor. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the condo and private patio. The addition of the combination washer/dryer was a real convenience. The new drapes are wonderful. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood outside on the patio. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"Very nice place but a little complicated when first getting in. The location to Old Town and some really good restaurants was great. Enjoyed the balconies over looking the street and all the activity there. The only recommendation would be to put a towel rack in the bathroom."
