"So many good things to say about this property. They hit everything you could want in a hotel and more (including a decent breakfast buffet). Even when I was trying to make my way to a nearby boat for a trip, the staff not only knew where I needed to go, but actually walked with me outside and down the street to show me where it was (said it was a super nice day, let's walk). 100% would come back!"

"Het hotel was netjes, ontbijt was prima. De bedden waren matig. Wij sliepen met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen op de kamer. Het bed voor de ouders was prima, de kussens stelde weinig voor. Het bed voor de kinderen was hard en klein. Uiteindelijk heeft onze dochter op de grond geslapen op de dekens. Net zo hard maar dan wel de ruimte. "

"Received upgrade. Room with balcony. Easy free parking. Since we were the only ones having breakfast the staff prepared a platter with cheese, cold cuts, fruits , vegetables, hard boiled eggs and basket of various breads. Coffee, juices, cereals available as well. Walking distance to the lake and town. "

"Villa Alma was wonderful. Beautiful spot on the lake. Sophia was an awesome host. Hotel is beautifully decorated and the honesty bar was a great feature. Food was delicious. We would highly recommend!"

"Hotel outdated but kept very clean. Bed was brilliant white, room was clean and good size. All staff were super friendly. My complain with promised in the room description washer/dryer - and actually no one - was solved in a minutes with a help of amazing lady. Bathroom was small and very much not useful for getting shower - too narrow in shoulders. The breakfast was good enough. The area was very quiet and safe, "

"The hotel is just 10min drive from Salzburg Central station. Hotel was very traditional and cozy. It has an antique and authentic touch of Austrian tradition. The staff was very polite and helpful and were dressed in beautiful traditional attire. The hotel room were very grand had had a beautiful balcony view . The breakfast menu was extensive and had vegetarian options as well. The seating arrangements were also beautiful. Overall I loved my stay there and would definitely visit it again."
