"Very clean property very basicl location great breakfast buffet loved staff Laundry bit of a walk rooms very clean loved the linens One front desk enployee VERY RUDE she was talking to someone with me. Standing there. The woman then left I stood at the desk 5 minutes or so to ask a question. She was at the computer the whole time and flatly. Ignored me. Until I asked the the question then she finally looked up. Happened twice Overall, a very nice hotel. Would highly recommended."

"Excellent location with lake access, extensive buffet breakfast and wellness amenities. We stayed in a non-lake view room that was small but spent most of our time on the terrace anyways. Great for first timers, families, and large groups. The hotel was expansive though the decor could use an update. Amazing stay and value overall."

"We stopped in Salzburg for one night on our trip to Vienna and wished we had stayed for two! The hotel was located walking distance from centre, Mozart residence and Mirabellplatz and gardens as well as the bridge across Salzach River to explore Old Town Town and Fortress. Our room was very spacious with amazing water pressure in the shower, ac, and a very comfortable king size bed. View was nice. Small treats on pillows and cool water bottle and fridge were appreciated. Staff at reception was very welcoming, friendly and super quick! We enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel if we are back in Salzburg ️again :)"

"This stay was amazing. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the amenities for the lake were awesome, and the room was very spacious as well. We unfortunately had a small gripe with how hot it was when we went. We found out later that if I had requested a fan I could’ve gotten one. The laundry machine is one tiny one for the whole building you have to pay to use in euro coins. Everything is about a 5-10 minute walk into the town. The bikes were awesome to use! Everything else was amazing truly but every little amenity is another charge to the room."
