Some places have minimal staff which can be frustrating checking in/out, asking questions, etc. They were well staffed. Shout out to Julia. She went above and beyond to help me with a few things. She took initiative, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She’s an asset to the hotel for sure!"
