Spacious 60m² apartment, rated 1 star, with a south-facing aspect and views of the Aiguilles d’Arves.

The apartment includes a fully equipped, separate kitchen, a large living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom separate from the toilet, and a south/west-facing balcony (shared with the neighboring apartment). The apartment is equipped with electric shutters.

Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of the Résidence La Lauzière, which comprises five rental apartments of varying sizes (sleeping 5 to 10 people). Situated at the entrance to the resort (right bank). 200m from the Soleil chairlift, sports shop, and restaurant. Ski-in/ski-out access is possible 100 meters from the chalet via a blue run, and at the foot of the apartment for experienced skiers. Private parking is available at the foot of the residence. Lockable ski lockers and heated boot room are located on the ground floor (shared by the residence). Near number 474 on the resort map.
