Charming apartment located on the 3rd floor, south-facing with a balcony and views of the slopes. The apartment includes an open-plan kitchen/living room, a sleeping alcove, and a bathroom (not separate from the toilet).

Located in the Chaput II Residence, a complex of 40 apartments on 4 levels with an elevator. Situated in the heart of the resort, opposite the ski meeting point and next to shops. Apartment No. 239 on the resort map.
ROOM DESCRIPTIONS:

- KITCHEN: 2-burner electric hob, microwave, conventional oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, table for 4, etc.

- LIVING ROOM: One double bed (140cm), flat-screen TV, sofa bed
- SLEEPING AREA: One bunk bed (sleeps 2). - BATHROOM: shower cubicle, vanity unit, toilet, towel rack
- BALCONY: south-facing
