"Great property on a sandy beach only a step off of our balcony. Spa was amazing! Loved the indoor pool and massages. A/c worked great. Bed was very V. Staff was friendly and helpful. "The in-room WiFi wasn’t working and they said it wouldn’t be working. That the in-room was a third party and they had no control!! Out coffee table was about to fall apart. Maintenance did come to try and save it but they couldn’t. So we had to live with it for the duration of our stay. The bar was never staffed and we had to go search for someone to assist. This is not a 5 star or 4 star hotel. It is in desperate need of help"
