"I had to wipe down everything with Clorox wipes, the refrigerator was not working, I called the desk Downstairs the Friday, we got there. maintenance check the refrigerator and it was not working, he called us and said they are no more refrigerators, so my all my food that I cooked and bought dome items from the store was rotten and spoiled....The next morning I called they sent another maintenance guy, he brought us a replacement refrigerator that was working....I spoke to all the rep at the front desk including April who gave me, Ms. Kronberg, the manager for a 200.00 refund, they said Expedia has to contact her so we can be refunded, I left so much messages for Ms.Kronberg....Nothing...My nest move is to post the video of the conversation with both maintenance guys and the refrigerator."
