My family had a great stay at the Ocean Grande. The villa was very spacious with two bedrooms, a large living area, kitchen and dining area with a nice size outdoor deck. The beach view and interior garden area views were very nice. The property was in very good condition. We will be back.

The high pressure sales was obnoxious and downright rude. We loved he cat colony that live near the south pool. We hope they are trapped and spayed and neutered though before their numbers explode. The report ignoring this issue is irresponsible

The only place you should stay in Hilton Head

Absolutely incredible experience at this property. Visited during a cold long weekend and was greeted with heated outdoor and indoor pulls, hot tubs, gorgeous beach front views and curated activities to do with my two daughters. Our room was phenomenal, though we had a garden view, it over looked the garden and very clear showed the beach and was by far one of the best beach front views I have seen in SC. Definitely worth the trip.

Perfect!

Incredible! The heated pools were a hit for our wintertime getaway! The views were amazing, staff were all friendly, the rooms and common areas were all clean and tidy. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

front desk was not amenable to requests. The front desk manager seemed to care but his employees were not wonderful or that helpful. My sister and I both had issues. The front desk manager was nice and helpful in the end, but it was just a cluster.

Cold weather and cold pool near us so we didn’t use it Pool view. It was fine. Kind of older furniture and decor…. And carpet. I thought it would’ve been more updated for the price…. Good location for the beach but not for anywhere to walk at all…. Bikes on site were nice. The pool bar had great drinks and horrible food served all on paper and plastic utensils which I can’t stand . The food was gross. We didn’t talk much with the “host” so not sure on that. Just old and not what I expected
