"My wife and I loved this place. It's right in front of the beach and we spent a lot of our time on the big deck, where there was always a breeze and the waves were the only sound. The house matched the listing exactly. Daniel answered our questions fast and his check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. We'd happily come back."

"We had a wonderful stay at **Summery Judgement**, a beautiful beachfront property in Freeport, Texas! The location is hard to beat—being right on the beach made it easy to relax, enjoy the views, and spend plenty of time soaking up the sun, listening to the waves and fishing.The property was comfortable, inviting, and a great place to unwind and enjoy time with family. Waking up to the beachfront views and having such easy access to the sand and water made our stay especially memorable.If you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway in Freeport, Summery Judgement is definitely a place we would recommend. We truly enjoyed our stay!"

"The host was great! Excellent communication regarding the property and he offered some excellent suggestions regarding fishing in the area. The location was perfect. Easy access to San Luis Pass and a nice, quiet neighborhood for the down time between fishing expeditions. I highly recommend this property and host and I hope to book again in the future."

"Pros: Fishing off the dock great. We got to see dolphins a couple of massive sea turtles right under the deck. The sunsets were beautiful. Place was in good condition. AC worked great. Was well stocked with dishware silverware basics really liked the extra freezer.Can’t beat the location. Feel like it was worth the price based on the location if they made some minor repairs and installations to bring the place in line with what most fisherman expect. Fishing lights worked great although would recommend tilting them down a bit so they shine less across the water. Excellent number of rod holders across the dockCons: I will reiterate with another poster, which is they don’t have a ladder for you to board a kayak or boat or any tie downs, which was a bummer. Not a big expense to enhance the experience. Had some pretty unpleasant smells at times, like vomit. We were never able to determine where those smells were coming from. no Ice Maker. No light over the fish cleaning station - not really suitable to use when you catch fish at night. Power at cleaning station not working which is an issue for people who like to use electric knives for cleaning fish. We would gladly return if these items are addressed. Caught plenty of keeper specs, a big black drum, mangrove snappers, a couple of small reds and a puppy drum at night."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful coastal home! The house was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owner was very responsive and kind, and we truly appreciated their understanding and hospitality. We did notice a few minor maintenance concerns during our stay, but we truly appreciate that the owner was very responsive and promptly addressed all of our issues and concerns. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would be happy to recommend this home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us!"
