Awesome Holiday Home

House and Garden are an absolute dream, especially if you are traveling with a dog or kids. Everything is fenced, so they can't get lost. The house is beautifully built with a greatly equipes kitchen, authentic Espresso maker, a pellet oven, gas stove and a perfect terrace and pool area with outdoor fireplace and bbq opportunity. Your hosts are tremendously friendly and also have 2 cats, 2 kids and a dog. The area is not as touristic, yet there are plenty of possibilities for trips.

Het kleine hutje

Leuk klein huisje met pizza oven buiten onder de overkapping waar je met hout Vd eigenaar vuur in mag stoken voor gezellig vuurtje. Klein en simpel ingericht interieur maar alles erin wat je nodig hebt. Na paar dagen helaas wel wat kouder water bij t douchen en waterdruk die steeds wegviel. Ook een leuke hond, Briciola, wat kruimel betekend en een kat genaamd ‘Crumbs’……toeval..??.. Huisje staat echter niet vrij; hun huis staat op vier meter afstand!! Foto’s zouden moeten worden geupdate!

Ruhiges Kleinod zwischen Sonnenblumen

Gastgeber sind ein sehr freundliches Paar und sprechen gutes Englisch. Das Häuschen ist bezaubernd und rustikal eingerichtet. Sehr ruhig zwischen Sonnenblumenfeldern gelegen und weit ab jeglichen Trubels. Es gibt einen tollen Pizzaaofen und Weber Grill für den man das Holz des Vermieters verwenden darf. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Toller voll umzäunter Auslauf für unseren Hund. Haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr Schönes Anwesen man hat sich direkt zuhause. Der Empfang von den Vermieter waren sehr Herzlich man wurde direkt aufgeklärt welche Aktivitäten man dort machen kann, welche Ausflugsziele man sich angucken kann. Im Großen und Ganze war es ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Pool und großen Garten für unseren Hund, der sich da sehr wohlgefühlt hat. Wer ruhe sucht ist da definitiv richtig. Das Haus ist rustikal eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Wir fahren bestimmt wieder hin.

Wunderbar!

Wir haben hier als Pärchen tolle 6 Nächte verbracht und würden es jederzeit wieder tun! Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und das Highlight war definitiv der große, private Außenpool. Das Anwesen ist sehr groß, gepflegt und umzäunt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und rücksichtsvoll, sie wohnen direkt neben der Unterkunft und sind somit stets erreichbar. Sie haben zudem immer tolle Tipps für Ausflüge parat. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen!

Ruhe &Pool

Landestypisches Haus mit einem Pool der unbeheizt ist . Das Areal mit Bäumen spendet Schatten . Der Rasen ist sehr gepflegt . Der Pool wird ständig vom Gastgeber gereinigt und gewartet .Meine Tochter und ich wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt , es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt was wir wissen müssen . Die Gastgeber hatten uns auch Orte zur Besichtigung vorgeschlagen.Wir waren vier Wochen da und fühlten uns sehr wohl . Den Pool vermissen wir sehr . Wir wurden liebevoll verabschiedet .

Rundum empfehlenswert

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kids 12 Tage in der Unterkunft. Alles war sauber und wie beschrieben. Die Besitzerfamilie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Ein wunderschönes kleines Landhaus in der Natur umgeben von Sonnenblumen Feldern. Das optimale Haus wer die Natur und Ruhe genießen möchte. Unser Labrador hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Wir verbrachten 14 Tage in dem kleinen und doch schönen Haus im Herzen der Toskana verbringen. Die sehr freundlichen und diskreten Gastgeber standen stets mit Tipps und Infos zur Region zur Verfügung. Das Gelände ist komplett umzäunt und somit sehr gut für Hunde geeignet. Die Lage des Hauses ist eher abgelegen inmitten von Feldern und deshalb gut zum Abschalten geeignet.

Wunderschön

Trotz verspäteter Ankunft waren das Vermieterpaar SEHR freundlich ,hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und rustikal eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl und zuHause gefühlt. Die vorgeschlagenen Ausflüge des Vermieters haben wir allesamt abgeklappert und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Da die Wohnung inmitten riesiger Felder liegt, ist es sehr ruhig. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Heerlijk en mooi verblijf

Heerlijk rustige omgeving, huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals een heerlijk zwembad. De eigenaren zijn erg gastvrij en behulpzaam. Vanuit de locatie mooie trips gemaakt naar diverse plaatsen, op aanraden van de eigenaar. Een plek om lekker tot rust te komen en zeker een keer naar terug te keren. Een aanrader voor hondenbezitsters.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem schön gelegenen und renovierten Haus. Vor dem Haus ein toller Steinpool und rund ums Haus ein wunderschöner Garten mit schattenspendenden Bäumen. Die freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberfamilie wohnt gleich nebenan. Viele Ziele wie der Trasimenosee,Assisi, Cortona, Perugia und der Monte Tezio sind schnell zu erreichen. Einen Aufenthalt in La Capaninna können wir nur weiterempfehlen
