"Nice surroundings. Liked the apartment. It was spacious and comfy. Would have been nice to have coffee and tea provided and more than one toilet roll. TV was not working on arrival but it was fixed the next day. No hot water on the last morning of our stay so no shower (we needed to get on the road so didn't want to wait for maintenance to come over and fix it while I was still in our pyjamas!). Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good but not available on the last day as they don't do breakfasts during the week during quiet periods. Wanted to try the pool but it wasn't available Sunday morning as it was being cleaned and Sunday afternoon it was too busy so gave it a miss."

"Lobbs cottage was well equipped. spacious, and comfortable. Beds were good and the large sofa was so comfortable that my wife wants me to buy the same one. Location was quiet, but main roads were still easy to get to. Would normally be a pleasant off-road walk to the beach and coast path, but a bit tricky/muddy when we were there due to the recent heavy rains. Local pub (Falcon Inn) was welcoming and served good food. Welcome pack much appreciated, thanks."

"This house was spotless and had fantastic amenities - all you could need for a home away from home. Great location to venture further afield in Cornwall or explore the local area. We would recommend a stay here and will definitely book again if we are in the area. "

"We stayed for short break at Christmas. Everything we needed, the kitchen was well perfect, and felt so homely. Lovely touches, mince pies left, stock of wood for fire, waste bags, salt pepper, milk... Just the little things. Truly happy, and now relaxed after lovely break. "We had a lovely stay here, it was only for 3 days and I wish we had booked it for the week instead of the hotel we stayed at the few days before. A little awkward to find but it was certainly worth it. Will definitely look to stay again in the future, the picturesque views were a real highlight for us. Our dogs felt very comfortable and enjoyed sheep watching from the garden! Couldnt fault the cottage, it is literally home from home!"

"Me and my guests were all stunned by the house's interior and how well equipped it was. We loved the stone walls and the spacious dinning area. There are sufficient rooms for everyone and we like the fact that there is a bathroom in or near every bedroom. The hot tub is a very nice addition. It was a shame not being able to use the lovely garden due to the weather. All in all, would recommend hiring ARC Padstow. The communication was confusing at times, especially with the different platforms provided by both Finest Retreat and ARC. Due to communication issues, the flower arrangement was left quite last minute as well. The flower decoration was lovely, but would be nice to have more time and choices to choose the final product. A smoother payment process would be appreciated."

"This lodge is amazing. It is so spacious and very clean. Lovely views from the back decking. The hot tub is a bonus. The lodge is very child friendly and has everything you could possibly need when travelling with young children. Our two young family members (ages 5 and 18months) particularly enjoyed the upstairs playroom. Also, plenty of activities available on the site (pool, sauna etc). Communication with the hosts was excellent. Questions were answered without delay. Overall, I would highly recommend this lodge, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Property was perfect size for us in a great location, indoor pool was okay but maybe a little bit full when we were there, shops a 2 minute drive away, decent pub although only open Thursday to Sunday when we stayed, didn't try any of the food in the pub. The only downside for us was towels and general toiletries not supplied, we knew this when we booked but would be a great addition."
